Singapore Airlines takes First Class service to new heights

When you’re flying First Class, the holiday should begin long before take-off. Singapore Airlines makes sure it does.

At Singapore Changi Airport, eligible Suites and First Class passengers can enjoy a dedicated First Class Check-in Reception, designed to make the journey from kerb to cabin as seamless as possible.

Much like arriving at a five-star hotel, passengers are welcomed by a Passenger Relations Officer, while porter assistance takes care of their luggage. Instead of standing at a traditional check-in counter, travellers can settle into the dedicated reception area while the Singapore Airlines team handles the formalities.

From there, a private entrance leads directly to Immigration, after which passengers can make their way to the SilverKris Lounge or their boarding gate.

Luxury continues at 30,000 feet

The premium treatment doesn’t end at the airport.

Singapore Airlines’ First Class experience combines generous personal space with thoughtful service, refined dining and plenty of opportunities to make the journey your own.

Passengers can use the airline’s Book the Cook service to reserve their preferred main course before flying, with selected dishes created by chefs from Singapore Airlines’ International Culinary Panel.
